Feeling all the Kauai vibes!

Kauai is a destination that offers a unique experience of tropical paradise.  The island boasts of gorgeous beaches, lush greenery, and crystal-clear waters that are perfect for swimming, surfing, and snorkeling.  What sets Kauai apart from other Hawaiian Islands is its untouched natural beauty.  From the dramatic cliffs of the Na Pali Coast to the towering waterfalls of the Wailua River, visitors are sure to be dazzled by the island’s natural wonders.

If you are looking for a beautiful relaxing destination Kauai definitely needs to be on your bucket list.  Kauai truly has something for everyone. Don’t forget to try the local cuisine, which includes fresh seafood and tropical fruits.

This was my second trip to this magical island. I love it here and it is probably my favorite of the islands I have visited.  There is so much to do here and yet you still get that remote island feel, slow pace, and relaxing vibe.  During this stay we settled in at The Club Wyndham Bali Hai Villas. These are located in Princeville, on the northern shore of the island. This area has a damper climate then the southern coast, has 2 golf course and sits just above the town of Hanalei.

When I arrive in Kauai I love to stop and grab a drink and lunch at Lava Lava Beach Club. This cute restaurant sits right on the beach, has an open feel and often live music. Be sure to try a “Sandy Toes” cocktail while there.

There are secret beaches, fun trails, shops and restaurants all over Kauai. Kauai is a quieter island. You wont find a ton of night life here. If you’re looking for that sometimes a few bars will stay open a bit later. Usually Tahiti Nui, in Hanalei will be open with live music to hang out in and even dance at times, if you are feeling it.
